SOUTH DEVON BELSAY KITCHEN & UTILITY RENOVATION
LUCY AND SAM'S KITCHEN
ABOUT THIS KITCHEN
When Sam and Lucy got the keys to their South Devon home back in December, they didn’t waste a minute. Walls were knocked down, floors were ripped up, and plenty of late nights and weekends were spent turning the house into their dream home. And honestly? It was worth every bit of dust.

THE DESIGN
Working with Designer Jack Woodcock, they chose the Belsay Woodgrain kitchen in Indigo, paired with a Utility Room in Porcelain, a stunning mix of bold and bright that feels warm, modern, and full of character.
The kitchen is fitted with Neff ovens and a CDA hob, giving it a sleek, professional edge without losing that homely feel. The large central island steals the show, perfect for coffee in the morning, dinner with friends, or a cheeky glass of wine at the end of the day.
Smart storage was high on the wishlist, and Jack delivered. A larder cupboard with integrated strip lighting keeps everything neat, tidy, and easy to find, while the streamlined cabinetry makes the space feel calm and open.
THE UTILITY
Sam and Lucy’s utility room proves that practical can still be beautiful. There’s a bespoke cupboard built to hide away the ironing board and vacuum (with built-in chargers and sockets, no less!), so everything has its place.
Above the tumble dryer, a hidden boiler cupboard keeps things looking tidy without compromising on access. Add a sink and generous worktop space, and you’ve got a super functional utility that’s as lovely to look at as it is to use.
