Showroom Appointments
When booking your appointment, we’ll check that you and members of your household are free of Coronavirus symptoms.
At the showroom, we will take your temperature using an infrared thermometer and ask you to sanitise your hands. You will also be required to wear a mask.
Please forgive us for not offering you a cuppa but we’ll make sure you can rehydrate with some bottled water.
When you have finished browsing the showroom, you’ll find our design booths marked clearly with the 2m safe zone and our computer screens cleverly angled so you can view your design without breaching rules.
Any items we might need to pass to you (such as a card machine or colour swatch) will be cleaned before and after handling.
Our staff will stick to social distancing guidelines as well as all recommended health and safety measures and will not step foot in the showroom if they or anyone in their household experience end symptoms of COVID-19.
