To keep you and our staff safe, we are restricting the number of customers in the showroom at one time! To facilitate this, we kindly request that you make an appointment in advance of your visit, at which you will be free to browse the showroom as normal and sit with your designer to discuss your kitchen design ideas.
To ensure we can accommodate as many customers as possible, we have extended our appointment hours. Appointments can be made between 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 5pm on Saturday.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
In order to ensure you are entering a safe environment, we have put several procedures in place. Firstly, when booking your appointment, we will ask you to confirm you and all members of your household are free of COVID-19 symptoms and not in isolation. We will then confirm your appointment by email. When you arrive for your appointment, we will take your temperature using an infrared, forehead thermometer and ask you to sanitise your hands before looking around the showroom. Gloves and face masks are provided should you wish to use them. Sadly, we will not be able to offer you tea and coffee, however bottled water will be available. In each design booth, hazard tape will demarcate the 2m safe distance between you and your designer. Our computer screens are on flexible arms, allowing you to view your design from a safe distance. Any items that need to be handed between parties (such as a card machine) will be sanitised before and after use. Our staff will adhere to the rules above, standard social distancing rules and will wear a face covering at all times as required by law. Additionally, staff will not enter the premises should they or their household experience any symptoms of COVID-19.
What to Expect If You Drop In
If you decide to visit the showroom without an appointment, we will be happy to welcome you providing current customer numbers allow for generous social distancing. This will be judged on a case-by-case basis and customers with appointments will always be given priority.
